Joshua Tree Elopement with a Vintage Car | Jordan + Sam

Elope in the desert? YES please!! Jordan and Sam were SOOO sweet. Their Joshua Tree elopement was all things peaceful and intimate. I was connected to two of them through WEDY, which is a new app for vendors and couples to find each other, Airbnb style. On our initial phone call we talked about options as far as what parts of their elopement they wanted captured, since it could be as big or small as you want it! They loved the idea of capturing some of their getting ready moments to add to their gallery and preserve the moments they wanted to look back on.

Jordan and Sam had visited Joshua Tree a couple years prior and fell in love with it, being one of the deciding factors for the location. On the day of, the weather was a tad chilly but luckily the clouds parted enough to have theeee perfect lighting. Not too dark and not too sunny, a photographer’s dream! The ceremony was at Cap Rock and it was just me, the officiant and the lovebirds! Sooo intimate. One of my favorite parts of the day was the vintage car session after the ceremony. PLEASE go check out the photos, I am obsessed. The two babes looked so hot in that old Mercedes and we captured some super fun and colorful photos driving and running around the desert. 

It was the best day!!
